Notes For The Day:

  1. Please arrive at 10h00 for a 10h30 start.

  2. Mats and blocks for yoga are provided for the day.  Please bring your own blanket (if required) and swim wear and towel for the steam room.

  3. Please can you make payment by BACS 6 weeks before the booked yoga/pamper day. The account number is 70331449 and the sort code is 20-04-96. The amount is £95.  If you have to cancel and I can resell your space, a full refund or alternative date can be arranged.  Otherwise, no refunds will be due.

  4. From the village of Cheriton Bishop, you take the turning next to the Post Office – right if you are approaching from the A30 or left if approaching from Whiddon Down.  Follow this road which is signposted to Yeoford for exactly 1.5 miles and when you come to a right fork signed  Medland Manor, take this fork and we are the third entrance on the right. There is a wooden house sign to Lewdon Barn. Continue down the driveway passing Lewdon Cottage on your right all the way to the end.  From Crediton, head for Yeoford, drive through the village and after approximately 2 miles past a Methodist Chapel and farm on your right, you will come across a left turn almost back on yourself signed to Medland Manor.  Take this road and we are the third entrance on the right.  There is a wooden house sign on the right to Lewdon Barn.
